Clare Valley – This picturesque region is known for its wineries and in particular its Rieslings. Mintaro Maze is a unique way to spend a day and if you can find your way around the 800 conifers you can play a giant game of chess constructed from local slate. Bungaree Station is a working farm that features walking trails and farm activities for tourists, while Dare’s Hill Driving Circuit is a five hour drive featuring old homesteads and ruins, picturesque landscapes and an incredible view that needs to be seen at the summit.

Located around 45mins south of the Adelaide’s city centre, this fabulous region is well worth a visit. The 100-cellar doors come complete with a first class dining scene attached and the wildlife will leave you in awe. Check out the little penguins on Granite Island or the kangaroos that dwell in the national parks. Stunning beaches lend themselves to any number of water sports while Kangaroo Island on the western tip of the peninsula is a several day stay in itself.
